| LOCATION 528 East of the Sun is located in Fenwick Island, Delaware, one block north of Ocean City, Maryland, and a short four-block walk to the beach. It is easily accessible from Route 1/Coastal Highway or Delaware Route 54. CONDO FEATURES The condo has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It also has a loft over the living room with a full size futon. It has a full kitchen with all cookware and utensils. The condo also has a full size washer and dryer. It also has local phone service as well as cable TV with DVD. The condo also has central heating and air conditioning. PROPERTY FEATURES There is an outdoor community swimming pool located on the property. It is usually open daily, Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend. There is also an outdoor tennis court open year-round. The beach, bay, multiple restaurants and miniature golf are all within easy walking distance. WHAT TO BRING Please bring all bedding to include sheets, pillows, pillow cases and blankets (two full-size beds, one queen-size bed, one full-size futon in loft). Please also bring towels appropriate for the beach or pool. You will also need to supply your own toiletries, and paper products to include shower and hand soap, shampoo, as well as toilet paper, paper towels, and tissues. Also bring detergent and fabric softener if you plan to use the washer and dryer. CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT The condo is serviced by a cleaning company every Saturday between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM, so please plan to arrive and depart after/before these times. Please clean all dishes, empty the refrigerator and take-out all trash before departing. Please also remember to turn off the air conditioning. Return the key as coordinated. CONDO RULES Please do not smoke in the condo. The condo association prohibits pets by anyone other than the owners. There is one marked parking space directly in front of the condo. All other spaces that are not marked with a unit number are ok to park in. The condo association also prohibits all bbq grills from the wooden porches and decks. |
